Cauliflower Wings

GF, DF and RSF

Ingredients:

  • 1 cauliflower cut into florets

  • 1/2 cup of tomato paste

  • 1/4 cup of almond milk

  • 1 tsp of smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp of cumin

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast

  • 1 tsp raw honey

Method:

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees C.

  2. Combine all the sauce ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.

  3. Toss through the cauliflower florets and pour mixture into a baking dish.

  4. Place in oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until cooked and golden.
