Warming Granola

GF, DF, V AND RSF

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of raw buckwheat kernels

  • 3/4 cup of desiccated coconut

  • 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds

  • 1 cup of chopped almonds

  • 1 tbsp of mixed spice

  • 1 tbsp of ground ginger

  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C (fan forced), line a baking tray with baking paper.

  • Add all your dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix.

  • Now add all your wet ingredients stirring so it is well mixed and evenly coated.

  • Pour your buckola onto the baking tray and spread out (you may need two trays).

  • Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 mins or until golden.

  • Store in an airtight container in the cupboard.
