Warming Granola
GF, DF, V AND RSF
Ingredients:
2 cups of raw buckwheat kernels
3/4 cup of desiccated coconut
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
1 cup of chopped almonds
1 tbsp of mixed spice
1 tbsp of ground ginger
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
Method:
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C (fan forced), line a baking tray with baking paper.
Add all your dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix.
Now add all your wet ingredients stirring so it is well mixed and evenly coated.
Pour your buckola onto the baking tray and spread out (you may need two trays).
Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 mins or until golden.
Store in an airtight container in the cupboard.
*Can be frozen
