Herbed Chicken Burgers

Ingredients:

Pattie:

  • 500g turkey mince

  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

  • 1/2 tbsp grated ginger

  • 1 tbsp tamari

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • Salt and pepper

Filling:

  • 8 slices sourdough

  • 1 tomato sliced

  • 1 large cooked beetroot sliced

  • Bunch of cos lettuce

  • 1.2 lebanese cucmber sliced

  • 1/2 avo mashed

Method:

  1. In a bowl add all the pattie ingredients and mix well.

  2. Shape into burgers and add to a heated pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil.

  3. Cook for 5 minutes each side or until cooked through.

  4. Once cooked, spread the avocado over each slice of sourdough.

  5. Assemble and enjoy!
