Herbed Chicken Burgers
DF AND RSF - serves 4
Ingredients:
Pattie:
500g turkey mince
1/4 cup chopped coriander
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp tamari
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Filling:
8 slices sourdough
1 tomato sliced
1 large cooked beetroot sliced
Bunch of cos lettuce
1.2 lebanese cucmber sliced
1/2 avo mashed
Method:
In a bowl add all the pattie ingredients and mix well.
Shape into burgers and add to a heated pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Cook for 5 minutes each side or until cooked through.
Once cooked, spread the avocado over each slice of sourdough.
Assemble and enjoy!
