Acai Chia Pudding
GF, DF, V AND RSF - serves 1
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond/coconut milk
1/2 tsp acai powder
1 tsp raw honey/maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Fresh fruit to top
Method:
Add all your ingredients into a bowl and whisk.
Cover and leave in the fridge overnight to set or for atleast 3 hours.
Remove and top with fresh fruit.
