Acai Chia Pudding

GF, DF, V AND RSF - serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup almond/coconut milk

  • 1/2 tsp acai powder

  • 1 tsp raw honey/maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • Fresh fruit to top

Method:

  1. Add all your ingredients into a bowl and whisk.

  2. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight to set or for atleast 3 hours.

  3. Remove and top with fresh fruit.
