Paleo Rolls
GF, DF and RSF - makes 6 halves
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups almond meal
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp water
Poppy seeds
Method:
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees C and line a baking tray.
In a bowl add all your dry ingredients and mix.
In a seperate bowl, add all your wet ingredients and whisk well to combine.
Now add your wet ingredients to your dry and whisk.
Scoop mixture onto tray to create 6 round discs about 2 cm thick.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
Remove and let cool.
