Paleo Rolls

GF, DF and RSF - makes 6 halves

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups almond meal

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 2 tbsp water

  • Poppy seeds

Method:

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees C and line a baking tray.

  2. In a bowl add all your dry ingredients and mix.

  3. In a seperate bowl, add all your wet ingredients and whisk well to combine.

  4. Now add your wet ingredients to your dry and whisk.

  5. Scoop mixture onto tray to create 6 round discs about 2 cm thick.

  6. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.

  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.

  8. Remove and let cool.
