Hot Cross Bun Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • 3 drops of vanilla extract

  • 1/8 cup sultanas

  • 2 tbsp of coconut yoghurt (to top)

    Method :

    1. In a small saucepan combine all ingredients except the yoghurt.

    2. Stir and let simmer for 3-5 minutes, until oats are cooked.

    3. Pour into a bowl and top with yoghurt and extra cinnamon.
