Easy Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 cup quick oats, GF if needed

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp vanilla yoghurt (coconut for DF)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp sunflower or pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tbsp sultanas

  • Berries to top

METHOD:

  1. Add all ingredients except the berries into a jar and mix well.

  2. Place in the fridge overnight.

  3. Add berries before eating.

    *Can take out 15 mins before eating to take the chill off.

- Double the mixture and make enough for 2 breakfasts
