Easy Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup quick oats, GF if needed
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp vanilla yoghurt (coconut for DF)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp sunflower or pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp sultanas
Berries to top
METHOD:
Add all ingredients except the berries into a jar and mix well.
Place in the fridge overnight.
Add berries before eating.
*Can take out 15 mins before eating to take the chill off.
- Double the mixture and make enough for 2 breakfasts
