PB + J Choc Wheels
GF, DF + VE- makes 2 (serves 4)
INGREDIENTS:
4 rice cakes
4 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter
2-3 large strawberries, sliced
90g melted vegan or milk chocolate
Pinch of sea salt
METHOD:
Evenly coat 1 side of each rice cake with the peanut butter.
Now on 2 of the rice cakes add the sliced strawberries on top of the nut butter.
Place the other rice cakes on top to make 2 wheels.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl,.
Evenly coat the wheels with the melted chocolate and place on a wire rack in the fridge to set for 20 minutes.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge due to the fresh strawberry.
*I would eat these within 2 days
