Protein Mousse Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 scoops (2 servings of protein powder*)

  • 1/4 cup* plant based milk

  • 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • Handful of berries (frozen berries are fine, just simmer them before using)

  • 3 brazil nuts

    *I always choose a good quality plant based protein powder. I used chocolate but vanilla works amazing as well)

    *Depending on your protein you may need a dash more milk to get a mousse consistency

METHOD:

  1. Add the protein powder into a bowl and add the milk. Whisk together using a fork.

  2. Add the coconut yogurt and mix together. Add a dash more milk if needed.

  3. Add your toppings and enjoy!
