Protein Mousse Bowl
INGREDIENTS:
2 scoops (2 servings of protein powder*)
1/4 cup* plant based milk
1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 banana, sliced
Handful of berries (frozen berries are fine, just simmer them before using)
3 brazil nuts
*I always choose a good quality plant based protein powder. I used chocolate but vanilla works amazing as well)
*Depending on your protein you may need a dash more milk to get a mousse consistency
METHOD:
Add the protein powder into a bowl and add the milk. Whisk together using a fork.
Add the coconut yogurt and mix together. Add a dash more milk if needed.
Add your toppings and enjoy!
