Raspberry Chia Pudding
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup chia seeds
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 raspberries
Extra yoghurt to serve
METHOD:
Add all the ingredients except the raspberries into a bowl and mix well.
Add the raspberries and mash through.
Cover and place in the fridge to set overnight or for 1 hour.

-double the batch and store in the fridge
