Double Choc Brownie Bites
GF, DF, V +. RSF - makes 10
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs whisked
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup chocolate crushed chocolate pieces (vegan*)
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and grease a muffin tray.
In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix.
In a separate bowl add all the wet ingredients and mix.
Now add the wet to the dry and whisk.
Pour into the muffin tray and bake for 20-25 mins or until a skewer comes out clean.
Let cool in tray.
