Double Choc Brownie Bites

GF, DF, V +. RSF - makes 10

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 eggs whisked

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup chocolate crushed chocolate pieces (vegan*)

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and grease a muffin tray.

  2. In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix.

  3. In a separate bowl add all the wet ingredients and mix.

  4. Now add the wet to the dry and whisk.

  5. Pour into the muffin tray and bake for 20-25 mins or until a skewer comes out clean.

  6. Let cool in tray.
