Blissful Bread

GF, DF, V + RSF - makes 1 loaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond meal

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour

  • 2 tbsp flax meal (ground flaxseeds)

  • 1 1/2 tsp bicarb soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder (look for aluminium + GF free)

  • 1/4 tsp pink salt

  • 1 tsp of mixed herbs (optional)

  • 6 eggs whisked

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • Sesame seeds to top (optional)

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C and line a loaf tin.

  2. In a mixing bowl sift in your dry ingredients and mix.

  3. In a separate bowl add you wet ingredients and whisk to combine.

  4. Now add you wet to your dry ingredients and whisk well.

  5. Pour the mixture into your prepared loaf tin, sprinkle with some sesame seeds (optional) and bake for around 30 - 35 minutes. Let cool in pan before slicing.
