Lemon Cheesecake Smoothie Bowl
GF, DF, V + RSF - serves 1
Ingredients:
1/4 cup coconut milk or almond milk
1 large banana (can be frozen)
1/4 cup cashews or sunflower seeds
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 heaped dessert spoon of vanilla wholefood protein powder (I used tropeaka)
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy
