Lemon Cheesecake Smoothie Bowl

GF, DF, V + RSF - serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or almond milk

  • 1 large banana (can be frozen)

  • 1/4 cup cashews or sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

  • 1 heaped dessert spoon of vanilla wholefood protein powder (I used tropeaka)

  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.

  2. Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy
