PB Choc Chip Cookies
DF, V + RSF - makes around 10
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tbsp meal (ground flax seeds)
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of pink salt
1/4 cup choc chips
1/2 cup peanut/nut butter
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
Method:
Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees C and line a baking tray with paper.
In a bowl add all your dry ingredients.
Now add the peanut butter and coconut oil into a blender and blitz together.
Pour into your dry ingredients and mix well.
Using a spoon scoop out a spoonful of mixture at a time, squeeze the mixture into your palm and press to create your cookies or roll into balls.
Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove and let cool on the tray.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
