GF, DF and RSF - serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of coconut yoghurt (can use greek)

  • 1/4 cup of protein granola

  • 1/2 cup of frozen berries

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Method:

  1. In a bowl add yoghurt and top with granola, berries and hemp seeds.
